I’m thrilled to be invited to lead this Veterans Day concert for MCP at the legendary Carnegie Hall. Our gratitude for the sacrifices made on our behalf and for the blessings we enjoy in this magnificent country will be evident through the pieces we sing. Hansen’s poignant Song of Democracy, based on the words of Walt Whitman, will stir our hearts and inspire us for the future. The weekend will be a “life-memory” for all of us, and I hope we will share it together!
