Manhattan Concert Productions presents Duruflé’s reputed Requiem performed by the Masterwork Festival Chorus, the New York City Chamber Orchestra, and prominent vocal soloists conducted by Dr. Karen Kennedy. The National Children’s Festival Chorus performs an array of well-loved choral works, including Mozart’s Papageno-Papagena, Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream and an MCP commission, Stars Tonight by Judy Herringtonled by guest conductor Dr. Emily Ellsworth. The concert also includes a featured performance by the San Antonio Youth Wind Ensemble, conducted by Albert Aguilar.
